The band formed in 2006 and quickly became one of the Midwest’s rising acts, being recognized by Alternative Press as one of 2009’s “100 Bands to Know”. Early comparisons by that seminal mag were made to legends like Seaweed and Boy Sets Fire. They would go on to perform at Warped Tour and punk Mecca The Fest in Gainesville, FL.

March of 2024 will see the band release their 7th and most diverse record to date. The four song EP titled “SHIVER” draws influence from 90’s/00’s mood heavy kings Helmet, Failure and Deftones while keeping modern melodic hardcore elements similar to Hopesfall and Title Fight alive. Finishing off with a cover of Kid Dynamite’s “News at Eleven” to prove they can still play fast and pissed.

Also noteworthy is that “SHIVER” is a 100% DIY project, from the recording to the pressing. The record was engineered and mastered by drummer Gabe Usery at Encapsulated Studios in St. Louis. Singer Brad Jokerst did the layout and his film photography work is seen on the cover. The band is also funding the entire pressing of the limited 12” vinyl. Making “SHIVER” a completely self-produced release.
